Drunkenness.— Jane Glass was charged with having been drunk and disorderly yesterday afternoon. From the evidence of Sergt. Jeffrey and a gaoler, it appeared that she had gone to the watch-house' and' endeavoured to communicate with a prisoner. She would not go away; arid Abecame- very .violent on being spoken to. His Worship 'said frequent Warnings' had -been given respecting such; interference at the gaol,' and it : could not uhder any circumxtances W ; i allowed.
