M. Lavalette superseded the Marquis de Moustier. M. Larquette is appointed Minister of the Interior. A demonstration occurred at the cemetery of Montmartre, on the occasion of the anniversary of the death of Deputy Bau<lin. Sixty-two persons were arrested. The Emperor is reported to be in feeble health, and looking careworn.
