The Egmont, s.s., John Vine Hall, jun., Commander, arrived in harbour • yesterday at 5 p.m., from Wellington ; left the Queen's Wharf at half-past 4 on Monday, experiencing light winds and fine weather, arriving a3 above. At 5 o'clock on Tuesday morning the Tararua, s.s., was passed, bound for Wellington; at 8 a.m. passed the Beautiful Star, bound for the same _port. '
