The Star Office, This Day. The land sales to-day amounted to 40 acres in the Malvern district.
Messrs Wilson and Alport yarded 21 head of cattle at the Cashel street yards on Saturday, and report prices as follows: — Superior milch cows, £9 5s to £9 10s per head; middling quality do. £7 5s to £8; old and inferior do, £2 12s 6d to £6; good heifers, £6; 8 and 10 months old steers and heifers, £2 7s 6d to £3; calves, 22s 6d.
