Tuesday, Jan. 5. His Honor sat this day at the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. In Bankruptcy. Re Thomas William Robson. Mr Slater for the petitioner. This was an application for adjudication and meeting of creditors. An order was made to take the petition off the file, to be refiled. Re William Henry M'Kellow. The bankrupt appeared in person. The order for confirming the choice of truatees, and fixing the final examination, was made. Re Arthur Ward. Mr Slater appeared, in the absence of Mr Joynt, for the petitioner. The application for adjudication and meeting of creditora in this case wag postponed.

In Banco. Ru the Will of John Cain, deceased. Mr DOyly for the executrix. The order for probate was postponed to verify an interlineation in the will, and for a cleaver description of the executrix as the widow of the deceased.
