Inferior sorts also, which showed a retrograde tendency, maintained their price. The Board of Health has made some alterations in the quarantine regulations reported yesterday. The passengers still on board the Kaikoura will be transhipped to the Lady Bird when the former goes out. The transhipment of cargo to the hulk is very tedious, and will not be completed till to-morro?r. The new Board of Directors of the Panama Company in their report state that arrangements have been made for a credit at the Bank, and instruct the agents of the local fleet to endeavour to work up the business. Their desire is to completely resuscitate the operations of the company in all its branches. There is no news from Wanganui.
