«- [by eleoteic telegbaph.] WESTLAND COUNTY COUNCIL Hokitika, This Day, 1.12 p.m. The nomination of members to represent Hokitika in the County Council took place to-day, at noon. The following were nominated : — Messrs Bonar, Sale, Prosser, Shaw, and Boyle. The show of hands was in favour of Messrs Bonar and Sale. A poll was demanded on behalf of the other candidates.
