High water, Nov. 28 — 2.23 a.m. ; 2.40 p.m. The barque Pet, Captain Burch, arrived in ftarbour this morning from Newcastle ; she jfeft that port on the 13th inst., and brings a cargo of coals consigned to Messrs Laurie sad Gannon. The s.s. Wellington, Captain Holmes, arzxred in harbour this morning at 8.30. Left Jknekland at 8 p.m. on the 21st ; arrived at Sapfer after a fine run of 37 hours, at 9 a.m. 3« She 23rd ; left again at 2 p.m. for Wellington ; experienced strong head winds till aanrtval at 11.30 a.m. on the 24th; sailed for jLyttelton at 1 p.m. on the 26th, where she arrived as above ; light variable winds from Wellington to Lyttelton. Sailed for Dunedin ss. 2 p.m.
