High water, Nov. £4 — 11.39 a.m., 00.00 p.m. TnE P.N.Z. and A.R.M. Co.'s s.s. Lord Ashley, H. Worsp, commander, arrived here yesterday at 3 p.m. Left Auckland on the 16th, at 5.30 p.m , and arrived at Napier on the 18th, at I p.m.; left on the same day at 9.30 p.m , arriving afc Wellington on the 19th at 10 p.m.; left on the 21st at 7 p.m., arriving as above. Strong N.W. winds for the first six hours, and during the latter part of the passage, light S.W. winds, were encountered. We are obliged to Mr Eastland for files. The Lord Ashley sailed last night at 6 p.m., with the Southern portion of the Panama mail.
