High water, Nov. £4 — 11.39 a.m., 00.00 p.m. TnE P.N.Z. and A.R.M. Co.'s s.s. Lord Ashley, H. Strong N.W. winds for the first six hours, and during the latter part of the passage, light S.W. winds, were encountered. We are obliged to Mr Eastland for files. The Lord Ashley sailed last night at 6 p.m., with the Southern portion of the Panama mail.
