High water, Nov. 21 — 9.30 a.m., 9.52 p.m. The ship Blue Jacket having completed the discharge of her inward cargo waa brought up yesterday tp her loading berth off Officers' Point. The P.N.Z. and A.R.M. Co.'s s.s., Otago, fiom Melbourne, Bluff, and Dunedin, arrived in Port yesterday at 2 p.m. ; she brings for Sere 4 chief and 3 steerage passengers, and 1037 pkgs of cargo (51 tons), anda large cargo, and a number of passengers for Northern gorts. The Otago sailed from Hobson's Bay at 3 p.m. on the 10th, with the largest cargo she has ever carried to New Zealand, and 33 chief and 52 steerage passengers. Shedeared Port Phillip Heads at 6.20 p.m. Swari Island was passed at 6 p.m. on the 1 1th. light southerly winds were experienced for the first two days, when they gradually. Treered round to S.E., and blew fresh for the remainder of the passage across, with sharp squalls. The Holander was passed at 10 p.m. on the 15th, and Bluff harbour reached at daylight on the 16th ; landed cargo and a number of passengers, including Mr Chas Toung and the Nathan Troupe, and sailed at 4.30 p.m., experiencing fresh S.E. winds, with very high seas, and thick dirty squalls, aerriving at Otago Heads at 8.30 a.m. on the 27th. The signal being up, " wait for tide; bar dangerous," she stpod out to sea, and returned at 1.30 p.m., when she crossed the liar, and arrived at Port Chalmers at 2.5 p.m., leaving for Lyttelton at 5 p.m. on the 38th ; had fine weather, and arrived as above. Amongst the Otago's passengers is M. Chevalier, the artist, proceeding to Wellington. The Otago sailed last night for Wellington and Northern ports.
