High water, Nov. 15 — 4.37 a.m. ; 5.03 p.m. ; 16th, 5.29 a.m. ; 5.53 p.m. The schooner Cleopatra, Captain Ifwersen, -arrived at Melbourne on the 28th October ; left Lyttelton on October 1, and had strong N.W. and S.W. gales the whole of the way. When in 40 deg. S , and 154 deg. E., a large number oi; sperm whales were seen, and for five days they kept company with the vessel.
