The Lubra has arrived at Brisbane with breadstuffs, and has been ordered on to .Sydney. Adelaide, Oct. 27. The Ministry obtained power to dissolve the Assembly, but the Govern >r afterwards withdrew it, and they resigned. Mr Fuller was sent for, and the House adjourned till Friday, to allow him time to form a Ministry. The news from the Barossa diggings is not so favourable.
