FaiDAT, Oct. 23. (Before the Registrar.) ln the absence of his Honor Mr Justice j Gresson, the Registrar sat in Chambers at 11 a.m. In Bankruptcy, re jakes ferguson douglas. In thia matter, aa order was made confirming Mr James E. Graham's appointment as trustee, and fixing tho 10th of December next, as the day upon which the bankrupt is to make application for final examination and discharge.
Dr Foster is solicitor for the petitioning creditors.
