Company, is the subject of a mysterious notice in this morning's Independent. It is thought that their object is to obtaiu an increased subsidy, lailing which, to induce the Government either to propose to the Assembly to grant compensation for annulling the contract, or to get the House to authorise the Government to malce terms duriug the recess. Mr Hull is reported to view the latter proposition favourably.
