*_ — _ This Dat. (Before Mr Justice Gresson.) His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 o'clock this morning. ASSESSMENT OF DAMAGES — KB JOHN BROOK. This was a claim by Messrs Matson and Co. for leave to prove against the estate of John Brook, a bankrupt, for the sum of £300 odd, loss sustained through the non-delivery of wheat as per contract. Mr Cottrell appeared for the claimants, and Mr Wynn Williams for the trustee, Mr Graham. The witnesses examined were Mr Matson, Mr J. W.
