TIIDRSDAT, SkPT. 10. 7.30 p.m. Mr Stafford lias introduced a Bill enabling Provincial Councils to make Superintendents chairmen by resolution of a clear majority. Mr Hall has introduced a Bill repealing a portion of the Constitution Act, with a view to defining and subordinating the powers of Superintendents and Councils. The Bills are not yet printed.
