Ills Honor Inquired If It hud been arranged by counsel to remove the demurrer. Mr Garrlck replied in tlio affirmative Somo little dillieulty had arisen on account of tbo company not being incorporated ut the dato of the filing of the declaration, but counsel had been endeavouring to arrange for tho subfllltiillon of a now declaration.
