Monday, Juno 22nd, Present: All England, All Right, and everybody clso, oxcopt tho Mayor, I

In tho absence of tho Mayor, All England went to tbo wickets. Tbo correspondence was read backwards and forwards. A letter, from Mr Bird, agent for tho Insuranco Company, was received, and upon tbo Clork looking at the signature, he pronounced It to be " liko a bird." Attention was oAllod to Mr Watcrworth's promisofl. It wns decided, on referring to the Act, that thoy wero not worth Ihe water on them. It was resolved that the Mayor, and Councillors All England and All Right, sign cheques. Thia was decided to bo All right too. Mr CI ml mors gavo notice of motion to enqulro into the Officious Service of tho Council. Tho Council thon adjourned to the Queen's to bo served without omciousnoss.
