His Honor said that co far as he had seen on reading the papers th>ro were numbers apparently of very dltllcult questions not likely to bo set at rest by anything short of the Court of Appeal. It appeared to him that there was very littlo use in taking the opinion of the Court below upon them. Mr Harper said that the questions were of very great importance to the pcoplo of Timaru. The matter was ordered to stand over for a week on consent.
