EXTRAORDINARY HIGH SEAS ALONG COAST
Extraordinarily high seas have been noticeable along Uhe Bay ,of Plenty coast during the past ten days since, the full moon, particularly so at Mnketu, • where' the high tides have been
coming in . very full, but with no app:rent reason', as during this period the ; sea has. been more or less calm with very little wind. At the same time, the incessant roar of the surf has been most noticeable on either side of the Maketu Peninsula.
