ELECTORAL Bay of plenty co-opera-tive DAIRY ASSOCIATION, LIMITED TE PUKE ELECTION OF DIRECTORS In accordance with the provisions of Article 79, Three Directors retire by rotation the retiring Directors this year being A. W. Chapman, H. Innes, and G. S. Ross. Messrs Chapman, Innes and Ross are eligible for re-election, but Mr Chapman is retiring from farming and does not seek re-election. Mr W. E. Bowen has given up farming and is retiring from the Directorate. There are four vacancies to be filled. Nominations for the office of Director (who must be a supplying shareholder) must be signed by two members of the Association (other than the person nominated) as nominator and seconder and signed by the nominee signifying his acceptance, and must reach the Secretary at the Association's registered office not later than 12 noon on Saturday, July 15th, 1939.
