United football Club The annual general meeting of | the United Football Club was held on Wednesday night, there I being a good attendance of mem* bers. Grafas, D, Neilson, J. Conway, T. Davis, D. Witch, J. P. Ryan, P. Hicks, J. Marshall A. C. Taylor ; Secretary. Mr E. Lowe; Club Captain Mr E. Joyce ; Management Committee, Messrs E. Joyce, G. Farmer. L< Franks, J. Arthur, D. Neilson, G. Shearer. It was decided that the appointment of a selector be left to the Management Committee. Messrs Steele and Conway were appointed to represent the juniors on the Management Committee, Messrs Farmer, Franks and Joyce were appointed delegates to the Te Puke Rugby Union. A proposal that the subscription be the same as last year was defeated and an amendment that the subscription be 5/ for senior players and 2/6 for juniors vms carried by 12 to 9. It was decided that the matter of insurance he left in the hands of the secretary. On the motion of Mr Ryan it was decided that all members must be financial before playing,a further motion that first fifteen players be not displaced by unfimmclal members, being also carried, Messrs N. Grafas, D, Neilson, J, Arthur, K. Dunlop, J. Marshall and E, Joyce were appointed a social committee,
