This ocoupied the whole day and in the evening another Institute was formed at Gate Pa.

Oq Saturday morning a school of instruction for officers and organisers was held at the Theatre Royal, Tauranga, where Miss Spencer imparted a fund of information to those in attendance.

In the afternoon the visitor was welcomed by Mr B. C. Robbins, the Mayor, and was presented with a bouquet by Mrs Robbins. She then gave a most interesting leoture on Institute works. Short addresses were also given by Mesdames Morton (Papamoa), Crowley (Te Puke), Kirk (Omoko* roa), Phillips (Whakamararaara), Rowsell (Hairini), Peterson (The Mount) and Baker (Gate Pa).
