The said resolution will come up for confirmation at a meeting of the Board to be held on MONDAY, September 26th, 1932. at 7.30 p.m.. in the Board’s Office, Jellicoe Street, Te Puke. Resolution: In pursuance of Section 22 (1) of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,’’ the Te Puke Town Board, hereby resolves by way of Special Order that the amount required to day the Interest and Sinking Fund Charges for the year ending March 31st, 1933, on the following Loans, less any stamp duty which may be received under Part 4 of “The National Expenditure Adjustment Act, 1932“ be paid out of its General Fund.
