Public Notices WAIHI DSAINGABE DISTRICT NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE AND LEVY RATES. Department of Lands and Survey Wellington, 26th January, 1928 NOTICE is hereby given that it is intended, pursuant to the Swamp Drainage Act, 1915, and its amendments, to make' and levy a special rate.to meet interest and sinking fund on capital for the period from the Ist April, .1927 to 31st March, 1928, on the unimproved value of all land within the district constituted, under the said Act. The amount of such rate shall be payable in one sum on th< 16th February, 1928. The valuation roll of the dis trict is open for inspection at the office of the Collector of Rate-, Chief Drainage Engineer’s Office, 5 Law Court Buildings, High Street, Auckland, at all times at which that office is open for the transaction of public ousiness.
