CHARGE OF MURDER
SEQUEL TO MAN’S DEATH , Gisborne, Dec 29 Shortly before 7 o’clock last evening, a middle aged man named Robert Thelwall was admitted,to the Cook Hospital suffering from concussion and died an hour later. This morning Garnet Wolselly McMinn, afreezing Works employee, was arrested on a charge of murder. It is alleged that deceased was struck by McMinn.
