She ,will, soon have,a new type of torpedo-proof warship, armed with \l6iin, and ; perhaps' 20in guns. ! Being convinced that it is impossible to obtain a 'decisive land victory, Germany will attempt a great coupon the sea, risking everything to paralyse the Allies' approaching offensive.
