REVOLTING GERMAN BARBARISM
O RUSSIAN PRISONERS KEPT WITHOUT FOOD Petrograd, June 6. A revolting story is told of the treatment of a party of Russian prisoners in Poland. They were locked up without food for several days until on the verge of starvation, and then turned into a courtyard, where jeering officers threw bits of bread._ While the staggering wretches were searching for the fragments a cinematograph operator photographed the scene.
