When George Bernard Shaw produced his play, "Androcles," the house rose at- the fall of the curtain, and the author was brought on the stage to bow to the storm of applause. A solitary man in the gallery shouted, "I call it rot." "My friend," said G. 8.5., "I quite with you, but what are we two against so many of a con-trary-opinion?"
