Entrance money must be enclosed with the nominations, together with name and address of owners, name, age, and pedigree of horse, name of trainer, and colours. Entries and Acceptanoes made by telegram must be confirmed in writing by first mail, with full particulars and entrance money, otherwise fines (provided for tinder Part XVI., Rule 4 of Rules of Racing) will be rigidly enforced. All winning- horses after declaration of weights subject to be rehandicapped. All dispxites, claims, protests, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority ' of the Judicial Committee, or whoever they may appoint, and such decision on all points shall be final.
