Ladies and Gentlemen, — In response to the numerous requests which have been made to me and also to the representative deputation from various portions of the Electorate, I have much pleasure in intimating that I will be a Candidate for Waitemata in the Liberal interest at the forthcoming Election in December, and beg to intimate that I will take an early opportunity of placing my views before you. I would feel deeply grateful for the assistance of every Lady and Gentleman throughout the Electorate who has the cause of Progress at heart, to act on committees, or to further my candidature in any other direction.
