THE PECHOTSCH CONCERT.

Herr Raimund Pechotsch will give his first Grand Concert in Auckland at the Large Town Hall, on Saturday, October 19. The brilliant violinist is to be assisted by Mr Harold Gregson at the great organ, and by Mr Leo. Whitaker at the piano, and a very large number of his cleverest pupils. It is claimed that among the well-known musician's pupils there are many of exceptional promise. At any rate, from the excellence of the published programme it is clear that every care has been taken in the selction of numbers likely to give artists the best chance to display their talents and the audience the most pleasure. There is little doubt that the concert will be largely attended, for Herr Pechotsch has become remarkably popular for his musicianly and personal qualities, and for his skill as a teacher of his art.
