Tenders will be received in the Town Clerk's Office, Town Hall, Auckland, up till 4 p.m., on THURSDAY, September sth, 1912, for the purchase of Debentures of the first instalment of .£25,000 of the STREETS IMPROVEMENT LOAJS £225,000). The Debentures are of the value of „100 each, with a currency of 21 years from September 13th next, bearing interest at 4£ per cent, per annum halfyearly, free of exchange at any branch of the Bank of New Zealand in the Dominion.
