Proposed Loan of £226,000 for the purpose of sstreet Improvement in the City of Auckland The Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens o the City of Auckland hereby give notice in pursuance of Section 8 of the Principal Act 1. Klliott-street, Factory Road, Fort-street, Fort-street Lane, Gore-street, Grey-stteet, Hobson street, High street, Karangahape Road, Khyber Pass Road, Market Entrance, COonnell-street, Park Road, Patteson street, Pitt-street, Ponsonby Koad, Quay street, Queen-street, Little Queen street, Syraonds' street, Upper Symonds street (b) The permanent formation and improvement (including kerbing, channelling, metalling, etc.) of the following streets in the saul Cicy, namely :— Albert-street, Arthur - street, Angleseastreet, Boston Road. Bayfield Road, Beresford-street, Wyyard-stieet And (c) if thought advisable the purchase of a Quarry for obtaining therefrom the metal necessary for such work 2. That the Auckland City Council being unable to provide the necessary funds for such work out of the ordinary revenues of the City of Auckland proposes to borrow a sum not exceeding £226,0C0 3. That the proposed security for the re payment of such Loan shall be the revenues of the City of Auckland subject to the existing loans chargeable on such revenues i That the Auckland City Council proposes to make such Loan repayable in twenty one (21) years, and proposes to make provision for the payment of a Sinking Fund of £116s percent per annum 6. That the Auckland City Council proposes to pay out of the Loan such .costs, charges and expenses as the Auckland City Council may determine to have been actually incurred in connection with such loan, but not the interest thereon for the first year Dated the 7th day of June, 1911.
