AND FURTHER, that in the event of such authoiisin* order being granted it is i he intention of the Body Corporate " on the granting nf the same (unless forbidden by the ratepayers as aforesaid) ito delegite the authority conferred by auch order to the Tafeapuna Tramways a«id Feny Company, Limited, in terms of the powers vested in it by sect'on 10 of the said Act. The description of the proposed works is The construction of a tramway and sidings laid in the roadway throughout, commencing at the Western extremity of Marine Terrace, - proceeding thence along Marine Terrace to O'Neill's Point Road, along O'Neil.'s Point R ad to the main road between Devonport and Lake 'lakapuna, along such main road to its junction with the load known as The Drive or Hurstmere Ko&d, thence along The Drive aforesaid to its junction with Katrinestreet along the Drive, along the main road around the aaid Like to Katrine street to its junction with tae Slid main mad, thence along such main roa i aforesaid to the road known a,s the iStraml, forming- a junction at. such point. The tram rails will be of steel and laid upon wooden sleepers. The right of purchase given to the Body corporate is as fullows :— (1.) (Ill) Children under three years of age in charge of an adult, Free ; children between three and twelve years to pay a Halfpenny for each section or any part thereof, either way. ■ . A right of re-entry is reserved to the Body Corporate in the event ot continued breach of ' any of ihe covenants on the part of the said Company contained, or in case of liquidation of the said Company. The Cojapany may surrender the concession after tbe expiration of 60 years from the date of the deed of delegation. Dated this 6th day of March, 1908.
