It is perfectly clear to the neophyte in politics that all our labour laws aim at benefittiug the worker at the expense of the employer. On whom does the burden of our labour laws fall? Is it not on the employer? On whom does tbe burden of taking up Crown Lands fall? Is it not on the tenant? — Oamaru Times.
