Those people who did not have an opportunity of visiting the Exhibition will be pleased to learn that at least one of the exhibits is to be reproduced locally. The Schmidt Studios, winners of three gold medals and a special award at Christchurch Exhibition, have placed their entire exhibit on view at the Studios, 270 Queen-street. Those interested in" the highest class of photography should certainly inspect the exhibits.

Lovers of music have a rare and unique treat in store for them. in the shape of a performance by the famous Exhibition Orchestra under the baton of Mr Alfred Hill, R.C.M.L. This orchestra has had an enthusiastic reception everywhere. Nor is this to be wondered at, considering the efficiency to which it has attained. Mr John Prouse, the eminent vocalist, requires no introduction to an Auckland audience. Concerts will be given at the Choral Hall to-night (Thursday), and on the two following nights. The programmes maintain a rare standard of general excellence.
