Are perambulators scarce or is it that times are hard ? Two married ladies were seen going out late the other afternoon, wheeling the latest offspring of both in one little push-buggy. Shouldn't go out so late, ladies, as it keeps the hostess from milking.. .J C would like to know when PA will be ready for another fight. ..M 0 was a long time on the road to the post office on Sunday. Was J C the detainer ?...What took the creamery manager to Clevedon on Monday night ? Was it to see M M ? ...
What made J B so angry on Sunday night ? Was it because the boys looked at his lady-love ? Too bad of them not to apologise, J...W H seems fond of going round the beach lately. Is it to see N D ?...Q K has looked very sad since J 0 went away. ... Wanted, best boys for E T and L K. Must be competent motor drivers.
