Oakley, of bbc Lease dated the 21st day of September, 1882, from the Body Corporate of the Mayor, Councillors and Citizens of the City of Auckl nd, to James Aird Walker, of Lots 13, 14, and 15. of a sub-division of Allotments 1, 2, 4 and 5, of Section. 50, of the City of Auckland, with the intention of issuing a Lease direct from the Council to each of the four Sub-lessees of portions of the said Lots for the whole of the Residue of the term. created by the said Lease, viz. :— "To Egbert Vaile, of Auckland, Land Agent, for the whole of the said Lot 13, at a rental of £8 7s 6d per annum. "To Edward Wynn-Williams, of Auckland, Gentleman, for portion of the said Lot 14, at a rental of £8 7s 6d per annum. " To Caroline Hawkes, of Auckland Spinster, for portion of the said Lot 15, at a rental of £4 7s 6d per annum "To Edward Wynn-Williams, of Auck land, Gentleman, for the remaining portions of the said Lot 14 and 15, at •a rental of £4 7s 6d per annum."
