Notice is kerehy given that I have directed Mr John Currie," Returning Officer . for the Borough of Grey Lynn, to take a Poll of the' Ratepayers of Richmond Ward in the above Borough mi the proposal of the Council to Borrow the sum of £2400 for the .purpose of providing a Water Supply and Drainage in that portion of the Korongh of Grey Lynn known as Richmond Ward. ' - And I direct that such Poll shall be taken on TUESDAY, the 27th day of August, 1901, between the hours of !) a in. and 7 p.m., at t he Primitive Methodist Schoolhouse, Richmond Road, under the provisions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1896, the Municipal Corporations Act, 1900, the Regulations of Local Elections Act. 1870, and Amendments thereto, and the Local Government -Local Reform Act, 1899.
