The ( Mdfellows" hall proved a, great success. A few of the dresses were as follows : Miss Wiide, white satin • Miss Dahm, blue; Miss M. Kelly, pink satin; Miss Hare, pink satinMiss M. Abbott, l.lue ; Miss K. Ah-' hott, white silk; Miss (Jlyiin, white; Miss Millar, white liiusiin ; Misses Foley (two) looked very nice in crenie ; Miss Carson, hlack, trimmed with guimpe iind lace; Miss Synis, blue velvet ; Miss Day. white muslin ; Miss To<ld, black ; Miss Lynch, pink nunsveiling ; Miss MeCo'ny, crenie silk blouse, white pique skirt ; Miss E. McCorry, white trimmed with ribbon and chiil'on. Miss Wade won the honours of belle... M K was Cutting a great dash with the best boy in the. supper r00m... II A says F T is the nicest girl he knows... M I) seemed to be taken up with the young man in evening suit. Look out, M, or you will have E M on your track... \Vhy did so many of the Otaliuhu girls decline the honour of v dance with F M ? Were they jealous of those two smartly-dressed young ladies '/...What is the attraction for A 15 at Otaliuhu? Is it to see H H? No hope, A...8 H looked very nice walking home after the dance with T K...F A and A S are still to be seen out ' walking... E F looked very nice on W's arm on Sunday... M (i was putting on great style while talking to H -J on the stage... Does A L prefer sitting on the stage, talking to T W, to dancing?. .. Wanted, best girl for HA. Just arrived from the Transvaal... Why doesn't F M escort Ji H to the dance ?...W A looked awfully immense in that evening suit at the ball. Made 'a good name, W, amongst the spectators... M D is easy pleased no\v-a-days...Who ate all the jelly? Surely not J Fs best girl ?... Where were the" potatoes? ...8 C still wanders to see M F... W I) seemed to lie taking great care of M K down in the corner... L M looked quite happy with her best boy by her side...X J made his lirst appearance on the floor, and was going well for a beginner till. F S left ; then It disappeared..^ A seemed to be having agood time. IJuite back to your old form. J1...L T was enjoying himself at supper,, .by all appearance, with H W.
