THE MAYOR COUNCILLORS AND CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF AUCKLAND in pursuance of the provisions of the above Act hereby gives notice that it proposes to engage in the following undertaking to wit:— To purchase Allotments Ten and Eleven of Section Fourteen of the City of of Auckland And to enable it so to do to borrow a sum of Ten thousand ; pounds at a rate of interest hot exceeding Four pounds per centum per annum upon the security of the revenues of the City of Auckland Subject to the existing loans secured thereon " and to be repaid within Thirty years from the date it is borrowed.
