HIKURANGI.
The Band's co ncer t and dance was a credit to the bands men > who occupied the first half of the progra mm e with various songs &nd choruses. There wer e about 25 couples present at the dance.. E Me and I S seemed very sweet on the ladies. ..What took D 8 home so early ?...J Me didn't sit out so many dances as usual. Was it because W S was away ?...J Me and Miss A. looked happy in the coolest corner of the r00m...W B and A Me seem to have made a fresh start. .H 8 seems to have beaten B H f or TC. What will the Whangarei pirl think, H?...D S looked very down-hearted. Was it because K H was away ? Never mind, D ; absence makes the heart grow fonder... W W was having a great spoon in the corner with A M.
