The dance held on the sth was in every way a great success... GL and K R are to all appearances a very loving couple. Hurry up, boys, and get the cans ready.. The O M was highly amused at Hughie and Louie having a spoon in the dance room. What odds the Hawera girl, H ?. . A H made himself conspicuous by his absence. He was greatly missed by the ladies. ..G R seems to have a sneaking regard for that charming little girl of yours, Ted ; you had better take the O M's advice and hurry up with the cake...P C tries all he knows to captivate AD ; but he Is not in the count while there are any pilots about... A R was all there with L J until Tim arrived, when the tables were soon turned. .Tongaporutu folk don't appreciate our dances. But wait till the basket social comes off ; then it will be Mokau every time...W M was all there in great form, but Beems to be undecided still. Hurry up, W, before they are all booked.
