Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary Meeting of bbareholders of the Auckland Gas Company (Limited) will be held at the Company's Office on TUESDAY, cte 30th day of March instant, at two o'clock in the af cernoon, when the subjoined Resolutions will be proposed : — 1. That the Resolutions Nos. 6, 7, and 8, passea at the General Meeting, held on the 6th of August, 1894, be ana the same are hereby rescinded. 2. That the Directors be and they are hereby empowered to bell by lender, as fully paid op Shares, all ohares in the Company which are undisposed of ; but until the 13,743 Shares already issued and partly paid-up are fully i paid-up, they bhall only sell Shares t concurrently with making a call on the said 13,743 bhares, and that the number of Shares to be sold from time to time shail be limited to a number, which shall be estimated to produce a sum about equal in amount to the sum calculated to arise from a call on the aforesaid 13,743 Shares. :J lhat when all Shared heretofore disposed of have been f uUy called up in accordance with the preceding Resolution No. a, the Directors shall dispose by tender of the remainder ot the new Shares in the Company as fully paidup Shares, in such numbers and at such times as the Directors may think fit.
