THOR SALE BY TENDER Tenders are invited for the Purchase of the WAIKATO COAL COMPANY'S MINE AND PLANT, now in full working order. The Mine is situated on the Waikato River, just opposite the township of Huntly. The output is very con- iderable and is steadily increasing. The mine is easily and inexpensively worked, and the plant is in first-rate order. About 80 acres Freehold go with the mice, but arrangements can be made with vendors for Mining Rights over almost unlimited area adjoining. Terms can be arranged on easy basis. Tenders to be sent in to the General Manager the Assets Kealisation Board, Wellington, on or before the 12th September 1696.
