Slamming doors in people's faces is not high-toned as a rule, even in these up-to-date days of the dollwoman...J says that ' getting through Ihe rye' always appeals to his taste, especially if it can be fixed up in a ' quart ette. But the good Rhine wine doesn't season him up worth mentioning.
