This Special Claim, situated on the dividing vange between Kennedy and Cabbage Bays, presents most favourable prospects for development. Already, several reefs have been located, from two of which assays have been made, with the result that Mr C. J. Ratjen reports stone from a two -foot reef to assay £14 13s 6d. Mr Kenrick, Coromandel, finds the assay value of a ten-foot reef to be £2 Cs 9d. Such results speak for themselves. The Claim is excellently situated, being m proximity to the Moehau Star, Austral Reefs, and Cabbage Special on the one hand, the Cadman, A.J.C, etc., on the other. Thera are good backs, a good supply of timber and of water. It is proposed to offer to the Public 40 Shares at .£25. The Promoters reserve 40 Shares at £25, and the Company reserve 20. The proceeds, less £125 expenses and brokerage, go to the credit of the Company for purposes of development. Plans and reports may be seen at the office of JOHN CHURTON, Colonial Bank Buildings, To whom applications for Shares may be made. Owing to the unavoidable absence of Mr Churton from Auckland last week, it was im-. possible to offer on the date first intended. [A CARD.] rjl H. STEADMAN BARRISTER AND SOLICITOR WHANGAREI.
