RAGLAN,

It was surprising to hear that the O M enjoyed the Raglan leap-year ball so much, considering there were three ladies to each gentlemen. The Raglan ladies, by not asking some of the best lady dancers, including A C, and also by asking some of the Whata Whata bachelors, but no Whata Whata ladies, must have found it much easier to nil up their programmes, or at least ensure a few dances for the evening.
