That the Directors of the Company be, and they are hereby authorised to sell the property of the Company on such terms and conditions as they may think fit. 2. That the Directors of the Company be, and they are hereby authorised and empowered to execute all necessary deeds to effectuate any sale. A. That the Capital of the Company be increased to £6,000 by the issue of 40,000 New Shares at Is each. 4. That the Directors of the Company be, and they are hereby authorised and empowered to purchase for the Company, for cash or for shares, any adjoining property or properties, should they think fit. .
